Terms of Service

1. About this service

Roam Moon Cloud is operated by ROAM MOON COMPANY LIMITED ("Roam Moon", "we"). It provides AI services over an HTTP API, together with a console at cloud.roammoon.com for managing accounts, API keys and billing.

By creating an account or calling the API you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts and API keys

An account is needed to create API keys. A key belongs to the workspace rather than to a person, so it keeps working after a team member leaves.

A key is shown once, when it is created. We store only a hash of it and cannot recover it for you afterwards. You are responsible for every call made with your keys.

• Keep keys on your own servers. Never ship a key in a mobile app or in browser code.
• Disable a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed, and create a new one.
• Each plan allows a fixed number of active keys.

3. Plans, credits and limits

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Each plan includes a credit allowance and a per-minute request limit, both of which reset at the start of every billing period. Unused credits do not carry over.

One successful recognition consumes one credit. A request that fails is not charged.

• Hobby is free and includes 200 credits per month, 5 requests per minute, 3 API keys, and 3 days of request logs.
• Pro costs 20 USD per month and includes 100,000 credits, 500 requests per minute, 20 API keys, and 7 days of request logs.
• Scale costs 500 USD per month and includes 5,000,000 credits, 50,000 requests per minute, 100 API keys, and 30 days of request logs.
• Enterprise is agreed individually.

4. Payment

Polar acts as our merchant of record, and we may use Paddle in the same role. The merchant of record takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles any applicable tax. Card details are entered on their checkout page and never reach our servers.

Prices shown on this site exclude tax. Any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are is calculated and added at checkout, so the total you are charged can be higher than the listed price.

A paid plan renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. We may change prices; a change takes effect at your next renewal and we will tell you before it does.

5. Changing or cancelling a plan

• An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period.
• A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the plan you have already paid for until then.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends, after which the workspace returns to the free Hobby plan.

6. Acceptable use

You must have the legal right to send us every image you submit and to have it processed.

• Comply with Vietnamese law, including the law on personal data protection, and with any law that applies to you.
• Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance or tracking of individuals.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to bypass credit limits, rate limits or authentication.
• Do not resell the raw API output as a substitute for the service itself.
• Do not reverse engineer the service or the models behind it.

7. Accuracy and how results may be used

Recognition is probabilistic. Every result carries a confidence score and a validity flag, and any result can be wrong.

You must not use a result as the sole basis for a decision that has a legal or financial consequence for a person, such as issuing a penalty, charging a fee, or denying access, without review by a human being.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, except where a separate Enterprise agreement says otherwise.

We may change, add or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will announce it in advance where that is practical.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software and its documentation remain ours. You keep all rights to the images you send and to the results you receive.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. If you paid nothing, your remedy is to stop using the service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can do so safely, we will give notice first.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion goes to the competent court of Ho Chi Minh City.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material change is announced by email or in the console at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
